Autumn Colors Tag

We are coming into my favorite time of year! The weather changes, the foliage changes, what we wear and eat changes. Let's celebrate all of that and more with an Autumn Colors tag.

You tag should measure approximately 5x 3 inches, but a bit smaller or larger works as well. Please include on your tag autumn colors like orange, red, brown, and green. Add some vines and leaves if you like. You will make one tag for one partner.

Let's celebrate this beautiful time of year with a colorful and autumn themed tag!
