Description:
The decades give us so many ideas for dotee themes. For the first in a series, let's go back to the Roaring 20's and do a flapper! There are endless possibilities for outfitting the girls, let your imagination soar! To participate in this swap, I'm asking that you have made at least 4 dotee's, and have no flakes, 3's, and that you rate your partner!!! I am allowing enough time to create something special. So let's go ladies, and start sewing!
