Any type of penpal bag such as label bag, memo bags, goody bags, memo bags etc. that you need to pass on. These can be envelopes just like the ones on kooohkies.com.

I would also like to know what a memo bag is. Does it contain various pieces of stationery?

A memo bag is an envelope that contains memo sheets. They can be kawaii memo sheets or any other type of memo sheets that are decorated. Then its the same as a label bag you take out so many sheet and then put so many in sign date and pass on just like you do any other bag.
