Description:
Due to the overwhelming response to the first version of this, I've started a second one. It will be two weeks after the mailing deadline of the last one, so if you don't send, you get banned from this swap. This swap is for one pen pal letter to two partners, whether you become pen pals out of this is not guaranteed - but of course would be nice. For this you will have two partners who you will send your letters to. It should be of a decent length, being AT LEAST a few pages. You can tell your partners whatever you choose but should be about yourself, life, where you live, family etc. Also you should throw in something your partners would like, such as a packet or two of tea/coffee/hot choc, ribbon, stickers etc. Check their profiles for ideas, it only needs to be small. Hand written is preferred but if you know your handwriting is hard to read typed is ok. This is international as stamps aren't too expensive. Newbies are welcome with a filled out profile. No recent unexplained 1's or 3's. A rating of 4.8+, if you have any unfair ratings message me. I have the right to ban any shady swappers on this one. Enjoy xxx

I asked this question in another swap as well. What do you write about in the first introductory letter to a pen pal? In the past, I usually write for my first letter 1 8.5x11 sheet of paper introducing myself. There would probably be a postscript on the back. I write fairly small, but I worry about rambling on to someone who I then bore to tears. :-) This says it must be "at least a few pages". Does that mean that if I wrote my typical intro letter, I'd get at best a 3?

Well I just finished my first letter for the first swap and that was about 3 pages, but my hand writing isn't exactly small. Maybe just aim to write 2 pages. I'm sure people will be able to understand that small hand writing means less pages. If you have any problems during the swap pm me.

As a newbie (this is my first day) I'm curious...do I get assigned a penpal for this, or should I just go to the participents and pick one? I'm sorry; I feel really stupid, but maybe others have this question, so maybe I'm doing a service. (Y'see that's what I tell myself to make me feel a little less stupid.)
