Description:
In my quest to put up the most delirious moustache collection, I have decided to invite whomever might be looking to also collect the evasive face hair and create a swap to get a chance in exchanging different specimens. This invitation is limited to moustaches only, a beard and goatie swap might be in the making later on. All type of craft materials are accepted : felt, wool, beads, pipe cleaners, cardboard, paper, plastic, recycled ... All styles are also accepted : square, round, twirly, fu manchu, celebrity look-alike... They must be mint condition (no stealing it off an old mans face) They must be (pined or not) in a box (so they wont escape) They must be theorically wearable (carved out of a log might be difficult to wear) but does not necessate any attachement They cannot be bought (no poaching!) They come in groups of 2 / partners (male or female) Since this swap demands a lot of investement in the collectors, I give myself the right to refuse flacky or bad swappers. Newbys are accepted, but with a full profile.

My only questions are.. how many crafted items is this swap for? And are we making it into a pinback button?

It's 2 moustaches per partners. Or more if you feel like it.

You should start right here! It's a cruelty free collection, depending on how you collect of course. It's always better to wait that they fall off the face by themself, often picking them to fresh can hurt the face. Please join in on the fun!

No attachements needed, but if you want to put some on, you can. You can also ask your swap partners if they need some. But remember that wearing you moustaches can give them a chance of escaping. Beware!

I agree, this is an AWESOME idea! I am a fan of the mustache. Particularly, the 'fingerstache'. If you're a true stache fan, you know what I'm talking about. If not, google it.

I'm not so much into creating an actual wearable stache, but your swap has inspired me. I think I might create a mustache photo swap for collage purposes. Great idea and good luck with your swap!!! I hope people will post pics of the staches they get!

Personally, I would not mind little bags of cloth, but i have to say that for any change in the swap, you should ask you parteners, cuz they might be expecting the box. But if it's me you get, go ahead, I like creativity!
