Conversation Hearts

I love those candy hearts with the little love messages on them. You know, the ones that say: "Be Mine" or "You're Sweet" etc.

For this swap you will send your partner a dozen paper hearts with messages on them. Make them 2" across or bigger. I'm going to hand cut mine, but if you have a punch then you are the lucky one!

Use color! Think about background borders, paper doilies, foils, ribbon roses, embroidered, glitter, shaped sicssors, use paint, colored pencils, gel pens, cover with tissue paper.......but don't forget the message!

These will be great to tuck in little secret places for your sweetie to find - like lunch bags, on the steering wheel or rearview mirror of their car, in their sock drawer:) Or you can use them on cards, as hang tags, on journal pages, for ornaments, put on pin backs, make a garland - the possibilities are endless!

This swap is set so that we will receive our hearts in time to use them for Valentine's Day. I'm thinking of tucking one inside the filter section of the coffee pot, in a shoe and on his pillow :)
