I am very interested in having as many E-pals as I can get. I want to learn more about different cultures and ways of life as I can. This is a Swap for anyone who wants to have a pen- pal but doesn’t have the money to have a snail mail pen-pal. You can email letters, and if you really want to between the two of you swap crafts it is all up to you but this is an email based pen pal swap. If you have any questions please PM me. @rosiefsw Not really you write out a pen pal letter on the computer then email it to your partners. after the swap you both have to choice of staying in contact or just not talk anymore.
