I hosted this swap back at the end of 2008 and it was quite successful, so I thought I would host another one. :) I know I am NOT the only fabric addict out there, so let's do a swap for fat eighths! A fat eighth is half of a fat quarter. (Approx. 9" x 22" or 11" x 18") Since FQ's seem to be the most popular size that people buy, this can be just the "excuse" you NEED to add to your own stash as well as sharing with your partner! ;oP I know many people prefer 100% cotton, so please check with your partner before sending. Also be sure to check your partner's profile for favorite colors/themes and have your own profile filled out as well! :) We will each have ONE partner, to whom we will be sending a total of 6 different fat eighths to. This is international and open to swappers with a rating of 4.9 and above, completed profiles, and no recent no-sends.

yeah! i do indeed prefer 100% cotton...no plain or solid fabric...just fabulous bright and colorful..thank you !

100% cotton please...no plain or solid fabric or big prints. I absolutely adore bright multicolour patterns, flowers, circles etc

Cotton or linen is fine for me. I love modern prints, botanic, and circles . please no novelty or country patterns. I would prefer no black, but any colors will be great.

I would love to get some Halloween fabrics, but nothing too cheesy. Other than that I am not too picky, but please no solids!

Capt, if you read over the description again it says to check with your partner before sending. You might pay better attention!

Thanks everyone, for joining this swap and also for all of your feedback here. Yes, to a degree this swap is "sender's choice," HOWEVER, as stated in the description, you should check with your partner (unless they have already posted here) and see what their preferences are. I certainly don't expect everyone to run out and spend a fortune on new fabrics, but I do expect everyone to try their best to please their partner. Communication is key! ;)

no way...my partner for this swap...the coordinater...is totally suspended...ive officially been flaked on...ugh...this blows...this was a pretty big package to get flaked on...super bummed!
