Description:

I'm in the mood for some stamp swapping. I've got quite a build-up of stamps as my husband is a collector, so let's do a swap.

You'll have ONE (1) partner and will swap FIFTY (50) stamps. These can be franked or unfranked (senders choice) and from any country, as long as you include at least TWO (2) different countries.

Please try and include a selection of different stamps - we don't necessarily want 50 stamps with the Queens head in different colours (though, if that's something you know your partner wants, feel free to ask)

You'll have a week between having partners assigned and the end date for sending, which should be more than enough time for a non-craft swap.

Make sure you include a note in the envelope with the swap name and your swap-bot username so that your partner can easily rate you.

You must have at least a 4.8 rating to participate in this swap with no recent no sends or 3 ratings. Newbies are welcome ONLY with a well filled out profile. When I say well filled out, I MEAN well filled out.

Post any comments or questions you have, and I'll answer pretty quickly as I'm attached to my laptop at the hip. Or fingers.

Happy Swapping!

Next time you host a swap - I'd love to swap with multiple partners, esp. if it's international!! What a great way to build up my collection.

@VallesAvallonis - I can do a multi-partner swap next time if you like. Good idea.

Yay! I don't know if I could do 50 stamps to multiple partners, but just getting a small variety would be pretty sweet. :)

Arachnea 03/24/2010 #

@VallesAvallonis - I would probably do about 10 stamps per partner and do 4 or 5 partners.

Great swap but maybe if you host this again you can add "no duplicates" in the swap description. In my opinion, it is so disappointing to receive duplicates.
