Free advertising sites NEWBIES and WORLD WIDEmembe

I have 2 home businesses and I am always looking for places to do free advertising. I have alot of places that let you advertise on the internet free and many of those places are in several states in the USA or even abroad, they have where you pick the state or town you want to advertise in. I could always use more of these places. If you want to know what I mean check out http://phoenix.craigslist.org/ and look to the right so you can see what towns you can advertise in.
