Description:

You'll send your partners a stamped postcard (not in an envelope) of your state that shows your partner something in YOUR state( the one you live in, not another please). It could be a map, tourist destination, state bird, state flower, state flag, whatever. No homemade or freebie advertising cards as many of us like to collect store bought ones. Feel free to write a note to your partners. Newbies welcome! I will angel any swaps that are flaked on as I know how disappointing it is to have that happen! PS If you are going to be late in sending your swap I highly suggest you send your partners a message and not the swap coordinator!!!

Can my partners please address mine to my son Ethan (same last name & address)? I only collect unwritten postcards and receiving naked postcards in the mail with his name on them has been such a huge source of joy for Ethan, who has started collecting. Thank you!

I am still sort of new to swapbot and recently came across that a couple of post cards never made it to my partner. Does anyone else have this problem. Of course I resent but just wondering if it happens often.

it doesn't happen too incredibly often.

I have mailed over 500 postcards/packages so far and it has never happened to me.

@roxymf - I'm thinking it could have been a problem with my postal people since I had 3 out 4 never make it to me. But then again, maybe that wasn't it...it's hard to tell with these things. I've been swapping on here for a year and have had to resend probably twice, maybe three times.

I've had to resend a few times, but recently I opened a newspaper that I had received two or three weeks earlier and three postcards fell out. If I had just put the paper into recyling without opening it I would have thought I didn't get them so it's a good idea to check your papers and magazines.

I've had a couple of partners who never received their PCs. I guess the post office "collectors" liked them?

My PC's were sent out on the 28th. I got stuck entering cubscout popcorn and before I knew it it was midnight.

So all of mine did go out on the 28th,

Roxy
