Should the paper be unfolded, or, can the paper be folded carefully to fit its envelope?

personally I don't care if the paper is folded or not. I'd say you should ask your partner (when assigned) what she/he prefers.

so, it's one letterset that has a minimum of 5 envelopes and 10 pieces of paper?

do the lettersets have to be kawaii or do you put the swap in this category, cause they CAN be kawaii?

I was about to ask petty much the same as @Lukrecja does it have to be kawaii/ is this a profile based swap?! :)

no, it DOES NOT have to be kawaii. There are much more different styles than (boring) kawaii ;-) This should be profile based swap, but I am sure somedays you can not find the perfect one for your partner.

Most sets here in Europe come with 10 sheets+10 envies... Would that be acceptable?

Nuri148, Yes, that would be acceptable. 5 envies and 10 papers is just MINIMUM amount you have to send. If you are really nice person etc, you can send as many papers and envies you like, you just have to fill the minimum amount :)

Great! then I'll join (funnily enough, yesterday I found some 10+5 sets in a shop!). I'm in the task of nicely filling my profile, if you need swapping references just let me know and I'll give them to you.
