Vintage Inspired Stamped Ribbon

This lovely swap is inspired by Somerset Life.

Due to the busy time of year, I am scheduling these for 2011.

Use linen, muslin,or cotton fabric, tear or cut it into strips at least 1-1/2 inches (3.8 cm ) wide and at least two yards (1.8288 meters) TOTAL. Ribbon must be in one yard (0.9144 meters) lengths. You may also tea, coffee stain it, hand dye etc. Then stamp it. Words, phrases, images, so many choices. I would dye first then stamp. Find a nice way to package it. Wrapped around a tag, put it in a glassine bag topped with a bow or button, etc. Then send it to your happy partner.

One partner, senders choice, but PLEASE consider your partners likes/dislikes. Purple monkeys in funny hats or pink skeletons wearing funny shoes may thrill you to the core, but your partner not so much.
