You will need:

1 Notepad/Journal of your choice.

possibly 1 Folder or organizer of your choice.

For this swap you will collect journal entries or notes, bits, baubles, empherma and whatnots from an average (or not so average) day in your life, then you will package it all up (however you like - you have creative control here), and send to your partner - who will be eagerly awaiting a glimpse into your world.

You will start your day with your notepad in hand. As your day and week takes you where it will, collect the bits left behind as well as items that represent where you have been. Use your notepad to record thoughts, insights or observations of the landscape and people around you.
