OK~so it's December -your birthday month - and what is everybody talking about? Christmas!

You've gotten loads of birthday presents wrapped in Christmas paper, or -heaven forbid- received little or no recognition or loot because of "the holidays".

So, on this swap for all of us December babies~you will send your partner:

  1. Birthday card (could be handmade but not req)
  2. A small present - something that matches with their profile (handmade or not - inexpensive is good)
  3. A mixed CD (CHECK THEIR PROFILE and no holiday music)
  4. A letter about your birth (this can be typed or handwritten).

Anything else you may want to include will/should earn you a heart!

Please put your actual birthday in the comments section - maybe I can match you with someone who shares your birthday.

ALL packages should be mailed by December 31st, 2007. I know I'm a little late so we'll make the date at the end of the month.

IF you have had ANY NO SENDS then this swap is not for you! Or if you have a low rating. Newbies please contact me if you would like to join~I will wait until the last day to delete if need be.

Sure! Since one usually looks at one's swap partner's profile or blog to determine tastes and get ideas, we'll have to figure out another way to do that.I don't think it's a huge problem. Thanks for asking!

This is for my husband, his birthday is 12/18, I put info about him in my profile - and I PROMISE, I will not let him send your gift! I'll do it and send gifts thoughtful, considerate, and non-holiday related! ;)

This is for my son Dallas and he will be 9 on 12/24! His bday kinda gets looked over til January so thought this would be a nice surprise for him! I have a section for him on my profile! Thanks! Trysha

I have a question about this swap; Does it have to be a mix CD? Some of us don't have the means or resources to make a mix CD =X

Well, a mix CD would be preferable, but would it be possible for you to include a "Various Artists" CD (like a soundtrack or something)?

Hear, hear! I would love to join (Dec. 13th bday) but I can't make a mix CD and I don't like getting them... but I would love to get a birthday surprise...

Can we do Mix CD or Goodie such as coffee/biscotti or chocolates or tea/cookies?

For the Mix CD this swap is for my son who will be 9.If you were to buy a CD it could be one of the kidz bops or one from a kids movie and he would be happy or you can just send him an extra goodie and he would be happy! He is really looking forward to getting a swap for his birthday!! Thank so much! Trysha

I did not find this swap in time but wanted to put my 5cents in the bucket and wish all my fellow swappers a HAPPY BIRTHDAY December babies!!!! I am 12/1 and my daughter is 12/18, my daughter(in-law)is 12/19 and my wonderful little elf of a grandaughter will be 2 on 12/30. so we know BIG TIME how easy it can be to have your birthday shadowed by JESUS's Birthday....{although with out him we would be nothing}. It dose SUCK when you get One BIG present instead of two small ones................Cause EVERYONE knows 2 is better then 1.
