Young Readers...MARK...YOUR...PAGES!

My kids are big readers. Their bedrooms are littered with books of all kinds...on the bookcases, dressers, nightstands and floors. I think they are breeding under the beds as well! While I DO encourage them to read, read, read, they sometimes read more than one book at a time. I often find dog-eared books laying around and don't mind TOO much....but the local library DOES.

This is a kid-to-kid swap encouraged and supervised by parents or care-givers.

Your child makes one (1) bookmark for their partner. It can be a clever craft, a colored printout or some other groovy idea. Google it if you want. Encourage their creativity.

They also send one (1) freebie bookmark to their partner. It can be from your local library, a shop or an advertisement.

In the end, each child will have 2 new bookmarks to mark the page where they fell asleep. :-)

All are welcome as this is a CHEAP and EASY swap. Please no flakers.

Edited Please make a note in the comment section below of your child's name or first initial so the sender knows who to make the envelope out to. AND... I changed the mail by date to July 25th as I have to go out of town and won't be able to check on things until then.
