Only one person per US State may join so please leave a note in comments claiming your state. Also, please join for the state you live in, not a neighboring state. I will check profiles and addresses before assigning partners to make sure we don't have any duplicates. You will have two partners to send postcards to. Please make it a store bought, state identified postcard of something significant to your particular state. You must have a 4.95 rating or above and sorry, no unrated newbies. I hope we can get all 50 states covered here.
