Tags, Tags, Tags, I love 'em! You can use them on ATC's - scrapbooks - cards - or a pick me up to you bulletin board at work! You will have two partners and make them 3 altered tags each. (total of 6 tags) I will leave the size of the tags up to you, or you can even make 3 different sizes so there is variety, but please read your partners profile and make the tags for thier liking. Formalities: International Absolulty no "no sends". There is no ecxuse for a no-send in my opinion. Everyone has problems in life, but you can contact your corrdinator for an angel - or even send late, if need be. No more than one "poor" rating. If you feel there is a circumstance I should know about and you really want to join, just contact me, I'm really not an ogre. ;)

I'm not the coordinator of this---so can't read her mind, but to answer from my perspective----I teach Altered Books and Altered Cards---so I'm assumeing you just take a tag and "alter" it by adding pix, embellishments, and what have you, paint it, glitter it, run over it with the car :)!!! Now you have altered a plain tag! GATORSMOM IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER IDEA ABOUT IT SORRY IF I SPOKE INCORRECTLY!!!! SPEAK UP NOW AND LET US ALL KNOW! I like the idea of altering it to the Partners likes--sounds like it will be fun soooooo I'M IN!!!!

An altered tag is a plain tag (you can buy packets of blank ones at most craft stores)...and then "alter" or "decorate" it, much like ATC's.

If your partner's profile indicates they scrapbook - you may want to give a courtesty check and see how worried they are about "acid/lignen" free, though.

One more question can you make a tag and then alter it? I'm asking because I have a rubber stamp for tags and a large paper punch tag? I appricate the help

shopandbid, Yes, making your own tag is great, too! Just make sure it has a "hole" at the top of it, and most people thread some sort of fiber through it. Here is a couple of neat websites I found, just in case you need more info:
