For this swap, you will sew a little thingy for your partner :)

That is vague, but here are more set rules =

• it must be something you've made yourself (so nothing storebought or something someone else has made)

• must be a finished item, so no samples or unfinished edges etc (they don't have to be overlocked or anything, cutting down or pinking is fine)

• can be machined or handsewn or both. I tend to like hand sewing as I can multitask with it, but it is entirely up to you.

• make sure it is made to a good standard. You don't have to be a professional (heaven knows I'm not!) but just be certain that it won't come apart if you give it a firm tug.

• fabric choice is up to you! Make something you'd like to recieve, but if you can, try to accommodate your partners interests.

• I'm sure we have a lot of pincushions & I wouldn't like to get them, but I won't outright ban them. for ideas of what sort of thing to make, think purses, small bags, fabric brooches, small plushies or dolls. Etc. They don't have to be big, and it can be more than one if it's easy, but whatever it is should have a functionality and use.

I will give a lot of time between assigning partners and deadline, as I personally don't have heaps of free time.

Newbies welcome, just have a filled out profile. No recent & unexplained 1s or 3s, I will ban at my own discretion. This is a more time intensive swap, so I really don't want someone putting effort into a craft only to be flaked.
