Just happened upon your profile and saw your mention of the recent celiac diagnosis. My 18yo daughter was diagnosed at age 2, so we have lots of experience with gluten free eating. :) Let me know if you need any tips.
Sorry to hear youve been having health issues. Its no fun when youre down and out. And its so great to hear about you wanting to become an elementary art school teacher. Do you know about what grade your looking to teach or is it all grades. I loved my art teachers through school, they were always so fun! I hope you have a wonderful summer !

Do you know where you hope to get a job yet or do you think you might have to move? I laughd when I read you like vampire books but not Twlight!
