I LOVE sprouts. I love all sprouts including brussels. I like the taste and I envision all the healthy benefits such as nutrition, fiber, and protein. They have cancer fighting powers like SuperFood Powers! And they are high in calcium and protein.

The only time i liked spouts what when i was pregnant! I would microwave a bowl full and eat them with salt whilst watching tv LOL
