***** Thank You to everyone for being patient with me. I am in the middle of moving early than expected and I just received a promotion to manager in the salon I work in (and I have had quite a mess to clean up on top of all the extra hours I'm working). My son and I are finally getting a routine but I still have a lot of stuff to move to the new place. I appreciate the patience with me and I will be getting everything out as close to on time as possible and I have sent messages to those I know that I will be late on. I'm sorry to those that I am late with.****

I'm a new mother, an old goth turned steampunk, an acrylic painter, a found object sculptor, a jeweler and a hair stylist. I love anything rusty! I collect antiques no matter the condition (the less it looks new the better). I take that style into my art in trying to make things look old or rusted. My favorite holiday is Halloween and a close second would be Las Dias de los Muertos. I love cats, horses, hares and greyhounds. I would say that my painting style is illustrative (my profile picture is a self portrait). I love history...mainly the beginning of civilization until the fall of Rome. I read when I'm not creating. And, of course, as a new mother, I enjoy spending time with my son (who enjoys watching me paint...here's hoping he'll pick up momma's creativity).

I mostly enjoy painting but I have a great time creating found object sculptures. I dabble in just about every craft I can get my hands on. I enjoy collecting rusted objects for my art as well as interesting papers

I would love anything with rabbits or hares. My son was born in the year of the rabbit and so I am collecting those things for him and I. Also anything coyote because that is his middle name....but those are harder to find.
