The amount of love and support poured out by the Swap Bot community has been truly astonishing. I have severely neglected swaps and am daily receiving cards, emails and messages of support. I cannot begin to thank you all enough. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your love, patience and understanding! My neighbor has been checking my mail for me. I have not been able to rate yet but I intend to today and this weekend. I want to get fully caught up. I am VERY late on 3 swaps. I will get those out, I promise. I apologize if you have been waiting on a rating from me.

Comment: UPDATE: I got the swap today (Apr 24) Thanks and good luck Hanna Hello Hanna -- I realize you have had some difficult stuff to deal with and I hope things are sorted out; you DID say the swap was on its way but it is the 18th of April and no sign of the swap you said you posted on April 1st. I will for sure change the rating when it arrives.
Response: I did have some items returned to me. My neighbor has been handling all my mail. The ones that just needed more postage she resent this week. Some I apparently addressed wrong. It was all done in a hurry. But I will make sure it gets to you. I am so sorry for the wait.

Comment: I hate having to rate a 1, but this was marked sent on 16th March, and still has not arrived, and my message to you chasing has not been read. I am happy to re-rate once this has been received. It would be nice to get some yresponse, either to the rating, or to my message.UPDATE; I originally rated this on 18th April and it was shortly after that when the response was left to say it was being resent. It is now 2nd May and I still have not received anything, nor have I had any direct contact from you. Very disappointing.
