Hello! I am Nancy(cricketsarge) and your partner in the below named swap:

$Help Your Partners Save Money!

One way I save money is to utilize the mail order pharmacy connected with my health care plan. They are filling prescriptions that are generic medications for FREE. It is important to keep track of how much medication you have so you can order ahead of time. I do not know what type of insurance you have, but if it is a PPO, POS or HMO type plan, then I would definately check into this for you and your family members.

Another way to save money is to make sure you make a list before going to the grocery store, and follow the list. It is also best to go to the grocery store once a week instead of multiple times, as the more times you go into that store, the more money you will spend each week. There will always be those little impulse buys!

I save money each year by purchasing shipping through Amazon.com ONCE for the entire year. When it is Christmas, I have the gifts shipped FREE under the shipping plan I purchased, and that saves a TON, and throughout the year I order birthday gifts, etc. and have those gifts shipped directly to the recipient FREE of charge. It saves on shipping, packaging, gasoline, time, you name it! It is perhaps one of the best investment purchases I make all year that saves me a TON in the long run!

Hi, I'm your swap partner for $Help Your Partners Save Money! Profile Post Swap

These are tips I used personally. Hard to adhere sometimes but when you see the extra saved at the end of the month it puts a little sunshine into your life.

Clear all your credit card bills You don’t need me to point out just how much interest the banks and credit card companies are bleeding out of you just by loaning you cash to use. Credit is not extra cash, it’s borrowed cash with a very high interest payback.

Never pay for anything at its full value Always shop around, there will be opportunities to get that item at a fraction of its cost. It may be just a tiny bit of savings but every penny counts at the end of the day. I eat out when restaurants are offerings specials, and buy what is on sale at the market, and I love those group deals sites that offer me the chance to try new places at a fraction of the cost.

Never buy what you can borrow I’ve stopped buying CDs, movies, magazines and books. These things clutter you up on top of being a strain on your pocket. Sure, it is unfair to the creators, artistes, authors but they are earning millions anyways, you aren’t so be kind to yourself please.

Hi i am your partner for Help Your Partners save Money.. So here are my three tips..

When Sale is on, Go shopping at then end as you get some great bargains. E.g. Here in Switzerland the sale starts in December and ends in Feb, now in Dec things are only 50% reduced by the end of the sale they are 90% reduced so you get things for like 5 dollars.

Buy things that are on Budget in the supermarket, or 3 for 2, you save money and the Budget goods are not so bad.

Try to do all your stuff in one round, i.e when you leave the house do everything shopping, bank so you save money on Petrol.

Try and make sure items are finished before buying more. e.g. do not go and buy more carrots when you have more or extra soap when you have like 5 bars of them.

Ok thats all for now, by
