I would have sent your postcard if there was an address when I got the list. Your name listed your name only - not an address. Asking me directly before giving me a rating would have been appreciated!!!!!
I used to be neutral on the Oxford comma - when editing, I'd just aim for consistency one way or the other - but one 1 AM, drunken, conversation has converted me into an Oxford comma lover forever... even though I can't remember what the other person said to inspire such passion.
