Ky, the Somerset Life magazine has arrived! Thanks very much for your Stash and Smash book, too - I've been wanting to start journaling; maybe this will give me the incentive to start!
I had to laugh - you had done such a great job taping the envelope, and the post office still managed to tear the one seam that wasn't taped. The center back. But they covered it with tape and it didn't look like any of the contents escaped. (And btw, that bear stamp is cool.)
Did I ever tell you we have a boxer, too? His name is Tyson. We got him from the shelter just over a year ago. Best $25 we ever spent. :) We think he's 5 or 6 years old. He's a brindle.
You and I really need to get together one of these days. Maybe at the Int'l Quilt Show in the fall?
OH MY!!!!! So very, very generous of you to send all of the felt, roving, and supplies!!! That was so nice of you. I was going to leave this comment about an hour earlier, but got VERY distracted by looking at your Flickr photos and Pinterest boards!!! You have such varied talents - I am so envious!!! Again, thanks for your thoughtfulness!!!
Hi Ky! Thanks for the great zines. I can see how they could become addictive to make (and to receive). I especially like the one about the beautiful envelope. When things settle down a bit for me I will give it a try. Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi Mom! I love reading all the nice reviews people have left on your page! I have always known how wonderful and talented you are; it's nice to see other people appreciate you too! I love you.
LOL...I received that stamp from @Fatherted a long time ago. I always stamp everything I make with it. I have ALOT of octopus stamps, but that little tiny one is my favorite. : ) I am glad you liked it.

Hahaha! Oh, that boxer "look!" It still unnerves me when I realize Tyson's been sitting there, staring at me, for several long minutes. LOL.
I love your work!!!!
Man oh man, that package of tags was incredible.
