Nov. 2018: I'm taking a break for a while so I won't be as active. Very busy times coming up. I'll join here and there as I can...

I’m a SAHM to 2 wonderful kids (Boy 5yr, Girl 2yr). I love hands on projects, and enjoy photography and being outdoors. Now that I have more me time I’m hoping to pick up reading books aside from children’s books and learn to crochet. I enjoy making friends but have a hard time getting myself out there. I suffer from mild anxiety and depression but am doing better. I participated in GISH and it really helped me open up and step outside my comfort zone. I'm open to new Pen Pals if you're looking!

Random things about me: I love collecting new recipes but prefer them on a regular sheet of paper as I keep them in sleeves in a binder. (please no seafood or real spicy ones)

I do not like coffee. My poison is chai tea and herbal/green/misc teas.

I do not like fragrances or the smell of smoke. I'm actually allergic so it will set off my allergies and be trashed. :(

While I like collecting some figurine, I prefer stuff I can use and play with. :) Crafting items, journaling stuff, etc.

I have a sticker problem :)

I love getting random mail.

I love scrapbooking (12x12 size) and have way to many half started scrapbook projects...they never feel complete to me, I always want to add more.

I do not care for religious or political items.

My favorite animals are penguins, monkeys, puppies. No (house) cats.

I am working on improving my health (both physically and mentally) so anything motivational is wonderful.

I don't like seafood of any kind. Just can't stomach it.

My daughter (2yr) loves all things girly, puppies, horses, unicorns, coloring, dress up, planes, and cars. She is a little sponge and enjoys learning and reading. My son (5y) just started Kindergarten and is also a little sponge. He loves reading, TMNT, superheroes, coloring books, drawing, painting, any outdoor activities (seriously! Runnings, frisbee, catch, baseball, soccer, football, biking, walking). He is also enjoying helping me in the kitchen and loves recipes he can do himself.
