I am Valerie from Belgium, nice to meet you! :-)
The one thing that excited me the most from your profile is nr. 7 from your 'Swapping with me' section.
There are a lot of lovely sweets from the USA (especially the ones with peanut butter :D) we don't have available in our country.
I think it's so absolutely sweet from you to are willing to send them abroad.
I believe most of the swap-botters is from the USA (I could be wrong), but I've never seen anyone write that in their profile! :-)
So I really noticed, haha.
My girlfriend really likes embossing too, but she doesn't know what an 'embossing marker' is. Most likely it's because English is not our native language, but would you mind explaining it to us? :-)
I had a look on your Pinterest board as well! I love your mail art :) Decided to follow you immediately.
What is actually a wine writer? I kinda guess it is like a wine reviewer? If that's true, that sounds like my dream job, lol! I absolutely looove wine and I wished I only knew more about it.
I searched online to follow a course for wine tasting, but I could only find really expensive ones which I unfortunatelly can't afford.
Thanks to you I learned about the winedom.com website, which I really like. Thank you!
Hmm, I guess my comment is already getting a bit too long, sorry about that.
I'll end here and just wish you and your partner & animals a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! :-D
I just randomly did it to! I thought it was weird but I'm glad to hear it isn't!
I did but I can't say I was a fan :( I am in love with their Forever Nuts though. Hmm I'm not sure what you would be sensitive too but that sucks :( At least you found some stuff you like though!
I have to say, it was a real delight to read through your profile! As I am no native english speaker, I sometimes get troubled reading profiles as people tend to write just as it pops out of their minds. But it was really simple and entertaining to read yours, you have a really nice way to write, I bet you write great letters :)
I wish you a very beautiful holiday and a happy new year :)
Thanks for having me!
I'm excited about a cache swap as well! I happened upon it and I was literally thrown back. Two of my favorite things smashed together. What a great idea.
I told some of the local cachers about it. So it's posted on Facebook cache groups.
Thanks for hosting. :)
Reading through your profile, I snickered in recognition: I, too, hate movies others cherish, first and foremost, The Princess Bride. I always feel like I must be missing some essential schmalz gene or something. I'll be mailing you a postcard soon! Take care. -Rhonda
Got your mail art envelope today. You did a great job on it, and it was definitely better than mine!
As far as true crime goes, I like to read about pretty much anything. Serial killers, cults, unsolved murders, missing people, etc, etc. I lurk a lot on Websleuths and the Unresolved Mysteries reddit. I'm really interested in the psychology of why people do the things they do.
I had been listening to that Missing Maura Murray podcast, but I've missed the last two or three installments and need to catch up. It's interesting to speculate about cases like that. Hopefully one day we will find out what really happened to her.
My "pet" cases are Jack the Ripper and Cindy James. There's still a little hope for figuring out who Jack was because so many people are interested in it, but with Cindy James most people don't even know who she was or just think she was nuts and killed herself. If you haven't heard about her case it is very interesting, and there are a couple of books out there that you can still find used.
Thanks again for your letter, and I would love to reply!

Reminder/Encouragement: Keep working on those NaNo revisions!
Be my guinea pig #3, when can we be expecting? I love them!
Glad you like my 'creep me out' comment on my profile. I'm kinda blunt and odd like that. :) Hope you have a super cool New Year! <3
