Ephesians 4:29 - "Do not let unwholesome [foul, profane, worthless, vulgar] words ever come out of your mouth, but only such speech as is good for building up others, according to the need and the occasion, so that it will be a blessing to those who hear [you speak]".
For some reason I feel like this one is appropriate for our times:

Before I became a Christian, I had a terrible problem with forgiving people for even the slightest infraction. AGOCF-Bible Quotes #1- Today I say "Forgiveness is setting the prisoner free, only to find out that the prisoner was me." Matthew 6:14 For if you FORGIVE other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also FORGIVE you.
