I am new to Swap-bot but was a long-time swapper on Craftster. I always send swaps out on-time and will contact you the day your swap is mailed out. I have never been flaked on and would never do it to anyone else.

I am a single mom of an 11 year old son. We have a rescued German Shepherd, and she is the sweetest girl ever. I have an affinity for rescue animals and believe they all deserve loving homes. In my spare time I like to read, collect candles, and study home décor, especially modern farmhouse style.

Some of my hobbies include decorating cookies, baking, stamping and paper crafts, felting, jewelry making, rock painting, small sewing projects, wreathmaking and woodworking.

My passions include nature, metaphysics, road trips, listening to pod-casts, and animals. I love being outdoors and am lucky enough to live in a forested area where deer frequently visit in my back yard. Forests are my happy places. I believe that kindness can make a difference. Paying for the person behind you in a drive through, buying a stranger a coffee, or feeding the parking meter of someone you don’t know. I just might inspire them to pay it forward to someone else. That is the kind of world I want to live in.

Some of my likes: anything having to do with nature, animals, bookmarks, metaphysical/celestial themed items (I’m a Gemini), recipes, bullet journal items, uplifting quotes, fairy themed items, gnomes, everything Alaska related (I used to live there), NOLA/Mardi Gras, anything Scotland related - love clan tartans and plaids.

I do not expect extra goodies in the swaps but know many people include them so I thought I would list as few: gift tags, cookie stencils, funny cards/postcards, bandanas, adult color pages/mandalas. For swaps with larger items: smooth rocks, crystals, and food – when corona is over! (hot chocolate packets, any kind of candy), cute/funny socks, handmade soaps or candles, cookie cutters/stencils, book/grocery totes.

Things I don’t particularly like: anything pink or “girly” themed, vintage themed, religious/political, teas, anime or kid themed items, gamer themed items, used postage stamps.

I don't have a lot of time to read, or watch TV and movies. When I read I tend to read metaphysical books or books on mindfulness.

As for movies, I enjoy the Star Wars movies and spin off series (like Mandalorian) mainly because my pre-teen son is obsessed with them :)

I LOVE the Harry Potter books and movies, and can't wait to go back to Harry Potter World again.

I also like the Outlander series and the books it is based on:)

I tend to like sci-fi - Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, anything with dragons/magic in it, count me in!

I trust that everyone is swapping to provide their partner with something they will truly enjoy and will put the effort in to make that happen. I will notify my partner when their package is sent (it also helps add to the excitement of the swap in my opinion:) and I would request the same courtesy. That way, if either of us doesn't receive our packages in a few days, we can contact one another BEFORE rating to find out what the issue is. Once I receive the package I will promptly let them know I got it. This is meant to be fun and creative so I only rate less than 5 if I don't receive a package and my partner is unresponsive.
