If it's any consolation, I received an unfair 1 at one time, too. It really takes you aback. In my case, it was from someone who rated nearly a year late, for a postcard, and she rated the other 9 parters with 1s, too. I got it straightened out and I know this will end up in your favor.

I didn't know you were Norwegian! When I was out in North Dakota, I knew some very fine, feisty Norwegians. ♥
