The aerogrammes (fold and mail) I'm most familiar with are http://intgirl.com/ but I think some of the die-hard stationery collectors have some vintage aerogrammes from the 60s.
I had to look up Mennonite fold. I suspect most folk here would not be happy with Mennonite fold as one of the three required pieces of stationery but I think I will use one as an extra ;-)
We have a question on the My Stationery is Not Stationery swap ... and I am looking for participate opinion ... do you think "fold and seal" stationery, like the old-fashion aerograms, would be fun to receive?
