Yep, I actually have a subscription to CRAFT(BITCH is the other). It's still in it's shrink wrap cover. In all honesty, I haven't finished reading the 2nd issue of CRAFT yet. I stopped after the nun story. Trying to read The Tattooed Soldier at the same time.
Tia! Thank you for the nun blog link! I looooves it! In the second issue of CRAFT magazine, they posted a story about someone learning how to make a perfect French knot from a fashion-lovin' nun. Of course, I had to read it 3 more times. ;D

That was the idea - use 2 in the swap and have 1 left over to do as you wish (or as an extra in case the 1st one you alter doesn't turn out well)

Not sure about "amazing"... more like un bicho raro! When I searched for swaps related to things I'm interested in, I came up with nada.
Normally I use regular Moleskines but for a swap, the Cahiers are much more economical, plus they give people a choice of black or kraft covers.
