Can I just tell you that I clap when planes land? I practically want to give the pilot a juicy kiss for getting us there safely. I always give a super-sincere "THANK YOU" if the pilot is saying good-bye to the passengers at the door of the plane. They always seem surprised...

Oh, no rush on the letter writing. Take your time and relax a bit beforehand. I hate it when I am rush-rush-rushing and feel forced into correspondence because it has been so long but then I don't enjoy writing the letter. So no worries. Hope your September (Ack, september already!) is going well.
