The art books arrived today. I love what you did with mine and seeing the layers added to yours is phenomenal. I love what you did with my women. I'm going to keep it for a while because I want to add a few things as I have time, I definitely feel a renewed sense of direction looking at it again with your additions so thank you for passing it back to me for another go (:
I promise you it's not as scary of a group as it looks! We have just a small handful of people who pop in fairly regularly and they are all sweet. We definitely don't bite (:
I really love the "two dog" wax resist! The colors blend so beautifully and I dig the "glow"> I am just finishing the reorganization of my art room and have a designated wall space for my favorites... that's where this will be! Thanks Carroll!! xo
Thank you so much for sending on a copy of both your zines! I really enjoyed the straightforwardness of your writing in your limit pushing zine, in my own experience a lot of people who are "beginning" writers tend to go completely overboard trying to turn every anecdote into some important narrative instead of focusing on the natural beauty of the little moments, you definitely succeeded on letting the little moments stand for themselves. I really hope you continue to write down your memories (and I'm going to send you an invite into my little writing group in case you decide you ever want to pop in and try the prompts posted in there.) Your simple word zine, was of course, a ton of fun too! (:

Once I figured out how to enter it without destroying any of your creations I found another sweet treat! Thank you for sharing your newfound stash of cigar bands with me.
