My profile is still a work in progress: I fully expect to spend the next week filling things out for it.

I started crafting as a kid, learning to do basic chain stitches with my grandma and a crocheting needle. I've taught kids crafts, and have a love for making things that shows heavily in cosplaying and personal project goals. I'm the weirdest person I know, and I mean that in the best way, while my friends are buying grown up things for their houses, I'm busy cross-stitching a map from a video game to go on the wall in my living room.

I love to make things, and hardly like to keep them, It makes me happy to see my projects adorning desks, walls, and the like of people I care about.

Favorite Colors: -Purple -Red -Black -Liliac -Mint

Allergies - Coconut - Perfume, (but not most body mists, it's one of the chemicals)

Cross-stitch: It's become an obsession. Recently I've discovered glow in the dark thread. OMG! It's the most annoying thing to work with, pull too hard, snap, pull too quickly tangles, let twist just once, tangles. But it's amazingly worth it, especially when you give a project to someone and they find out for the first time it'll glow!!

Sewing: I love to make clothes and costumes, my current big project has been capes for my female friends (the cute winter kind not the wizard kind) and fleece jackets for the kids in my life. (My nephew totally knows that he's got a little Captain Cold and Flash jacket and he loves it!)

Crochet/Knit: I can't knit, my fingers just can't seem to do it.

I love to make blankets / scarves from crocheting, I can't follow a pattern to save my life, but I can sit down and make a scarf in two evenings, or one if there's a good show marathon to watch on my laptop.

Stationary: So this isn't as much a craft as I love to send short stories and the like through letters, it's fun to receive and to give.

Dislikes:

-Spicy (Chipotle chicken is literally my top tier spice) -Coconut (Technically it's an allergy, but since I don't eat it I dislike it)

Likes: -Asian food -Tea -Sweets -Soups

I love to cook (and eat) and I love to try new recipes, I've been slowly but surly making my own recipe book right now it's a hot mess of a good 50 cards that needs some serious organization and love. (They are only sorted into tried and not tried) I quit drinking soda in June 2014, and now that the headaches have passed from it, am much happier. It's still difficult to not reach for one when I hit up a gas station on short trips, but it's getting there. So far the only soda's I've had since are once from other countries given as gifts from co-workers who have been traveling.

I love the super hero shows from the 90's forward, pretty much anything from Batman to Young Justice.

Show's I'm mildly obcessed with right now: - Doctor Who - Gotham, - Flash - American Horror Story - Z Nation

Movies: (which aren't getting a separate category)

Pretty much any of the marvel movies, Iron-man is my favorite out of them, I love proper horror thriller movies and the like

I love Tokusatsu, which is Super Sentai and Kamen Rider in Japan. While it's one of my favorites, its a bit of a rare fandom to have to it goes to the bottom of my list of things. My favorite series from that are -ToQger -Gekiranger -Magiranger -Gokaiger -DekaRanger -Kiva -W -Den-O -Fourze

Scents: I love candles and have a few nifty holders. -Vanilla -Peppermint -Sugar cookies -Raspberry

Dislike: -Cinnamon -Anything soapy or spearmintish

Decor: I live in a studio so my place is a weird work in progress as I save to purchase a home in 2016 or so (Student debt will be paid off then)

My kitchen is going towards haunted mansion / creepy themed. My cups say things like Venomous and have bats / skulls and owls on them. Haunted mansion comes in as my curtains and a full set of hand towels / coasters

Living area: This is where I keep all of my nerd gear, and crafting supplies so it's everything from Sailor moon, Super heroes, Doctor Who. it's a bit of a hodge podge, and my curtains are again handmade this time of Starry night.

Bedroom: Primary color is black and purple, I don't have a lot hung up / shelved in here as of yet, for the first time I have a good sized room and I just don't know what to do with the space (I have a walk in closet so no clothing wardrobes in the bedroom! eek!!!)

Bathroom: About half steampunk about half oriental decor, it meshes really well, even if it is a bit odd to match.

Things I collect: -I have a small collection of Dragons / Gargoyles / Phoenix's -Doctor Who - Red Daleks, K9, Tardis, and screwdrivers -Super Villians Pretty much any batman villian Flash Villians - Captain Cold, Pied Piper and Trickster -Steampunk -Nail Polish, I really like odd-colors and bright ones, I'm not talented at doing my nails yet, but I'm slowly but surly getting there. -Hair clips, it's a pain to make them stay in my hair, but once I force them to, they are there for life!
