Hi caligirl7! I see that you are new to swap-bot and have been posting "1 partner USA please" on multiple International swaps. If the swap is International, you must be willing to send anywhere in the world. :) The swap host does not control who you are paired with in the swap and cannot chose a USA partner for you. Swap-bot does the pairing for the host, after the host has banned individuals who they think are a risk to the swap going well. If you would only like to have USA partners, then you should sign up for Regional USA swaps.
