On November 9th you added yet another photo (Sunset) to your flickr account, but the deadline for my Autumn Photography swap was the 7th. I have angelled to your partner and I have added you to my list of banned flakers. Clearly, you might as well delete your swap-bot account.
You seem to have plenty of internet access to update your Flickr account with photos of squirrels but you can't be bothered honouring your swaps or having the courtesy to contact the swap partners that you've FLAKED on.

Updated Flickr account on November 9th with more photos so definately has internet access.
So, do you not have to rate your swaps?
