Hi, My name is Darlene. I live in Northern Wisconsin with my husband of 28 years. I have 2 children, a daughter, 26yrs & a son, 20.yrs During the day I take care of my mother, who has just celebrated her 81st birthday. ♥
My best friend asked me to join this site. We've been friends since grade school. :) We talk & text everyday, even though we live thousands of miles away from each other.

Favorite Music

I like just about all music genre. Especially bluesy rock/R&B like Michael Grimm, James Morrison, Stevie Wonder, Van Morrison, John Mayer, James Otto & Sara Niemietz (my awesome niece, who is an up and coming star with an amazing voice!). I also like rock, classic rock, pop, classical piano, Country etc...

Favorite Crafts

I love painting flowers on rocks, photography, sewing, working with polymer clay, making jewelry and many other crafts. I also love to cook and bake.

Favorite Books

I love books!!! Some of my favorite writers are Stephen King, Dean Koontz & Nicholas Sparks . I also enjoy informational books. (How too's) I love to learn new things.

Comment: Hi Darlene. Thank you for the notecard and postcard from Wisconsin. Just as a note for next time: Make sure you write the title of the swap and your username on the postcard/notecard, so that you can make sure you get rated properly and promptly. I had to do some investigating to figure out who sent me your lovely note so that I could rate you! Some people won't do that!
