Hello! My name is Charlene... I’m a crafter and owner of an Etsy shop (link above) I live in NY about 30 minutes from NYC. I moved in with the love of my life back in February of this year. Moving here has sparked the interest of mailing letters and cute things to my loved ones. So discovering swap bot was a great way to get my snail mail hobby started! Since then I’ve mailed more than 60 letters/swaps and receive more than 60 letters/swaps.

I won't send something I would'nt send to myself. I know I am still a “newbie” to swap bot, but I am no newbie in crafting ;)

I try my best to personalize my swaps. I take extra time and care with each of them. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about what you receive from me, just send me a message! :)

I honestly listen to a bit of everything. Most of my playlist isn’t heard on the radio. I like singer song writer, experimental, and indie music. Music that helps me think while I’m creating.

•ELVIS ELVIS ELVIS I am a big Elvis fan. I’ve got a nice collection that just seems to keep growing. I’ve been collecting for over 10 years now. Honestly anything Elvis.

•STAMPS So I recently got into collecting stamps. Used, unused, new, and old. I just love the look and feel of them. I just started, but I’m excited to collect more!

•JOURNALS This collection wasn’t intentional. I just love journals, even though most of them are unused. They were gifts, they have cute quotes, covers, and some of them are handmade. They all have their own personality, and I love the way they look on my shelf. Big or small, Ilike them all :)

•VINTAGE THINGS I used to collect vintage cameras, but since moving I left my colllection with my twin sister. But I pretty much vintage anything. Anything the looks, smells, or feels vintage. Especially doilies and ephemera. I just learned the term and I am obsessed with ephemera. (Kind of always have been, just didn’t know the proper term for it). Ooo! I love doilies! Paper, fabric, crochet. Any type small big, new or old. All kinds.

BROKEN THINGS Things that other find no use for. I love create and fixing and tinkering (I love tinkerbell). I can make something out of most things. I find a purpose for it.

Not a fan of...

-smoke smells

-Crude humor, dark humor, etc.

-Tarrot cards, spells, anything of that nature

-Cats, ok ok I must explain, I don’t want anyone to hate me :) As much as I think cats are cute. I don’t really want a collection of things with cats on them like, paper, pictures, stickers, etc. If cats are all you got, then that’s what I get. I will get over it lol.
