I've been away for awhile participating in other mail swaps online and I'm an avid Penpal'er so sending happy mail of any kind is a constant in my life. I ALWAYS follow through with sending my swaps. I'm Jess, I'm 46 and live in Southern California (LA to be specific). I'm an avid crafter & penpal'er. I Love Disney and going to Disney parks. I'm a dog mom and have 2 dachshunds.
