About Me

I have not been here for nearly 2 years and now would like to join in the swaps again. I know in the past I have not sent a couple of swaps but I have had a few bad years in my rl. I am hoping for the chance to rectify these swaps with the people if they will let me and also join in more swaps in the future. I promise this wont happen again and just want a fresh new start if any one will let me. :)

Hello, I am from the Uk and I came across this site by chance and now I am glad I did...it look so much fun. I love to scrapbook and card making and have been doing it for nearly three years now. People say I am an experienced crafter, but i think in craft you learn all the time. I am married and have three teenage children and I am at home most of the time due to illness. My crafting and my two little dogs keeps me from going completely mad:)

After being on the site now for a few days and signing up for a couple of swaps, I have realised I have to put more information on my profile to make it easier for people.

As I have already mentioned I enjoy card making and all the wonderful stuff that goes with it. I enjoy stamping, embellishments, lovely ribbons and buttons (the more unusual the better!!!) Scrapbooking is great as I have a thing about paper. My husband says I am obsessed with patterned paper and collect it and then I won't use it as its so nice. I will get my papers out and just look and feel them....sad eh! I love Anna Griffin and K & Company and have lots of their items and one day I do intend to make lots of scrap books from these papers.

I love to listen to music such as Placebo, Linkin Park and Il Divo...lots of difference there. we have a holiday home in the Lake District here in the Uk and I love to be there in the spring, summer and autumn months taking photos of the different months and how things change.

My favourite colour is black :)but when I am crafting I like to use all different colours especially pastels.

I cannot think of anything else to write so if I do I will write some more....Bye for now. x

Comment: bummer. you contacted me august 21st saying you were going to send me the swap that you were already 3 months late on but i never got anything and i inquired again but no response. i hate to do this but i'd hate for too much time to lapse and i don't get the chance to rate you. so, like i said, bummer.

Comment: I wrote mails since deadline with the question, if she sent out her ribbons - but I never received an answer. I NEVER received something!! I'm very sorry about rating like this. There is NO CONTACT and I'm very disappointed. It's passing 20 days since deadline!

Comment: I can't look at items I never received. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt by stating that the unmarked swap could've been yours-- clearly, it wasn't, as no gel pens were included in that one. (I haven't received gel pens in months.) Furthermore, I am the one who started this swap, and I have fulfilled my obligations with it. You, on the other hand, have not.
Response: I do wish you would make your mind up...now you are saying you have not received the parcel, but previously you had received it. If you are so disorganised why do you bother...you have seemed to have done this plenty of times before to many people. I wonder why you always do newbie swaps...???? Can we not just end this now? Did you receive the parcel or not? If you did, then I know it was well worth more than a 1 rating.
