My friends joke that I've never met a craft that I haven't liked...and they're right. I dabble in sewing, knitting, cardmaking and scrapbooking, and beading just to name a few.

Love ATCs and Zines. Dabbling in Zentangles. Trying inchies. Playing with gel mono printing.

Currently I'm knitting away stress (one of these days I'll have the patience and attention span for lacework) and making a few greeting cards. I'm looking forward to having more time to get back to sewing, painting, drawing, and seeing what's new in the crafting world.

I'm a southern CA native, but I love to travel. My dream trip would be to go to Florence, Italy and spend a couple of weeks eating pasta and taking in museums in the birthplace of the Renaissance. One of these days...

I love simplicity and minimalist designs, but there's something to be said for involving everything including the kitchen sink in your works, too. Not a big fan of Victorian. I'm on the fence about steampunk. Love pointillism and impressionists.

Love purples, blues, greens and pinks. Generally wear neutrals. Hate orange.

I have a soft spot for origami and oriental themed items.

Love rabbits and owls. Not a big fan of cats. I have no personal pets.

Although I'm new to Swap-Bot, i used to participate in scrapbooks swaps years ago. Unfortunately, the board folded and my swapping became limited. Thank you to all of the hosts who are willing to take a chance on a newbie.

I try to rate swaps as soon as I get the message, email, envelope, or package, but sometimes life gets in the way. Please message me if you think I should have rated you, but haven't. I may rate you and not leave a comment. It doesn't mean that I didn't like your swap. I am allergic to walnuts. Please don't send them or anything that contains walnuts. Prefer swaps that don't smell like smoke or perfume.

I used to watch new movies. Now I seem to watch the same ones over and over. Favorites include Down Periscope, Trading Places, All of Me, 50 First Dates, Elf, and other romantic comedies.

Usually- fiction, romance (oddly drawn to Amish romance), comedy. Right now, I prefer a shorter book, but I've been known to read through epics at times.

Big Trouble by Dave Barry is one of my favorites.

I've recently discovered audio books and enjoy listening to them in the car.
