About Me

Hi there! :)

NOTE: as of February (2012) I am taking a break from snail mail swaps, with the exception of postcards. As I am a student my finances and time are limited. As a result I will not be able to take part in snail mail swaps until my university work has slowed and I have more money.

I'm Katie, or Kate, or Kitty. Whichever you prefer! :) I'm 20 and I am currently in my 3rd and final year of studying Sociology at The University of Huddersfield, UK. I plan to go on to do my teacher training in 2013 in order to become a Primary School teacher.

I enjoy many things such as gardening, baking, crafts, films, reading, writing to my lovely pen pals, spending time with my pets, and just generally socialising. :)

Please note, when i send things out, they MAY be in reused envelopes. I like to recycle wherever possible, so if you receive a slightly worn envelope/packaging, please do not be offended, I just like to reuse where I can.

Wish List

Things I'd like to receive would be along the lines of:

Please note, I have been pretty generous with hearts but now that I am getting a little more experienced on swap-bot, I will only provide a heart if the swap IS extra special. If you send a little extra to what the requirements are.

Response: OH I got ALL of the holmes for my kindle for free! best thing about it..it has an interactive menu so you can jump from book to book once youve finished one book. let me know if you cant find it and ill send you the link :)

Thank you, ours finish this Friday. Yeah I looked on amazon and saw it there to pre-order. I have just started to read The Road by Cornac McCarthy and I am hoping to re-read the twilight books over the summer holidays. :-)

Hey my dear. If you read description from Country swap once more, you'll see it's stated that we have 3 places for UK, not England. ;) Meaning one for England, one for Scotland and one for Wales. ;)
