Wow. . .David the Gnome! i forgot all about him until the moment i read your comment! my husband was sitting with me though and he apparently was a BIG fan! Hey, maybe you can help me, cause no one else can. . .i remember a show where real people were dressed up like animals, with their faces painted and all, one lady was a parrot, a guy was a lion that wore a beret and was an aritst. . .i think they all lived in a town together, that's really all i remember. . .ring any bells?
sharon, lois and graham(?) sang the skinnamarink song, is that the one you're talking about? with the elephants on the spider web? that was my little sister's favorite show.
Hey you!
Yes, at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo you can feed the giraffes! and they have a new baby giraffe. So cute. My mother is a member and we take the kids whenever we can. The giraffes are very friendly and like to put their heads down close and snuffle you. That, the parakeet (budgie) exhibit and all the pressed penny machines make it worth a visit!

You're moving?? Where to?
Check this out--they have a ZooCam so you can watch the giraffes... They should be outside 9am to 6pm or so, weather permitting.
