I am a retired teacher aide in junior high. I substitute teach in my local school district as often as I can. I have a B.S. in Education and am certified to teach junior high-high school. I have three children and six grandchildren. I live in a very small community, but have spent several years in Georgia and North Carolina teaching.
**9/22/21 I am currently having some health issues. I will honor the swaps I have posted, but you will probably see me taking a break from hosting. If you believe in the power of prayers, I sure would appreciate sending some my way. 🙏🏻 Thank you for your understanding.
💌🥰 I need to send out a huge “Thank you!” to all the participants in the swaps I have/am hosting. I appreciate each and every one of you also enjoying what I like to create.
I try to run most of my envelopes with postal approval, but if I ever send a swap and there is postage due...please, please let me know. I will promptly send stamps to make up for the postage due. 💌
3/2021 My new passions are collaging and ATC’s. I have been dabbling in mixed media...have a way to go, but having fun with it. My jelly plate printing has turned into a challenge...not giving up though! Just ordered a new brayer which I hope helps.

On a personal note, I have met some very lovely swappers on this site. Even though we haven’t met in person, I feel I have friends here. I have been given encouragement, advice, and have received swaps and goodies that have brought tears of joy to my eyes. It can be a very special place!
I love to create but sometimes have no one to share anything with so I thought a swap group would be the answer. I really am enjoying the fact that I can pick and choose my interests and when I want to swap. I love the mail when it arrives and the beautiful creations made for me. I love trying new things to create as long as I can view a picture or tutorial.
