Hi Gina, It's so rare to see a pineapple fan! How do you find the viral song PPAP? Also, have you tried making pineapple shrimp? I guess you probably have...but surprise, it's not popular at all in Chinese speaking areas. I don't know why, but it seems to be one of the most well known Chinese dishes in U.S. In Taiwan we only see it on weddings occasionally. Amy
