I'm a senior in high school going on to college next year. I try to make the best of life all the time because if you're always looking ahead, where's the fun in that? I love school, my friends, my job (at an oldpeoplehome) and lots of other things.

I love Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, All Time Low (the entire Decaydance label is awesome, really). I also love The Fratellis and the Dresden Dolls. Musicals are awesome-my all-time favorite is Hair and I also enjoy Phantom of the Opera.

Where to start? Supernatural, Sons of Anarchy, House, Chuck, Bones, Psych, Angel, Buffy, The Black Donnellys, The Kill Point, The X-Files.

My favorite colors are the deeper and more vibrant shades of blue, purple, pink, and green. I also love black and brown.

I love plants. I have african violets that I take cuttings from and I think I have around 10 individual plants now. I also love that 'bamboo' you can get everywhere. Which means I love little, decorated plant pots that I can start my violets in and little things I can put in my plant pots.

I love hermit crabs and goldfish. I love anything that has to do with them (except something like pictures) as long as they are cutesy or pretty.

My favorite country is Japan. I've been there twice (I went to Izumi City, which is right outside of Osaka) and the vibrant culture and kind people impressed me immensely. I would love to get anything from Japan (except for anime or English manga. I looove manga in Japanese because it gives me a chance to practice reading).

Other things I like:

• Kawaii anything. Sanrio, Q-lia, San-X, etc. If you find me anything Sea Paradise I will be your best friend forever. Also food with faces is ADORABLE and I really like anything that is cute.

• Stationary (especially kawaii/cutesy things)

• Candles (nothing musky/woodsy scented or food-scented (like apple pie, etc). I like really sweet scents and bright colors).

• Flamingoes!

• Music, especially if you like the same bands as I do. No rap/R&B/hip-hop/that kind of music, though, please.

• Cooking things! I'm a vegetarian (and I don't drink milk) so I would love a book of recipes (handmade or bought) or some little kitchen supplies (I'm going to college next year!)

• Nail polish (bright colors! And chip-resistant, my oldpeoplehome dishwasher kind of EATS nailpolish)

• Used stamps or really stamps in general.

• Tea! Especially if you could send me some Japanese Green Tee (matcha powder!) I would love you forever.

• OCTOPI! Or any animal from the mollusca phylum. They are my favorites.

Things I would rather not get are:

Super dark/gothic/angry/blood things. They don't really fit my personality. I'm more a lolita than a goth, if that means anything to you (and I'm not actually a lolita, BTW)

Fabric. I am a failure with the sewing machine and therefore I can't really do anything with it. Exceptions would be pieces that have goldfishies or Japanese prints on them (sakura, etc) if they look Japanese.

Paisley. Animal print.

Nuts (my brother is allergic to them, so we don't have them in the house very often. Things that 'may contain nuts' are okay as well as candies with nuts in them).

Christian stuff. Sorry guys, not Christian and it freaks me out a little bit.

Winter/snow-themed things. The winter is nofun here in MN.

American cartoon characters.

Earrings, unless they're gauges. I'm currently at a 10 gauge and I plan on going to a 6-4 gauge, so if you have anything in between I would LOVE to get them.
