It's funny how now that I am on swapbot I am swapping with people from my home state...do you know who Pat McCurdy is? He's a singer/comedian and regularly plays the Milwaukee area etc. Everyone needs to go see him at least once. I've known him for years....
Well it doesn't look like any corrections have been made for us to rate for the Paper Bag Swap. So I will have to rate you here and in the comment section of the swap page. It's sad that we spent so much time on this swap and it doesn't count towards our rating. You deserve a heart for your beautiful work, actually you deserve several hearts. I really, really loved everything that you made for me. The flower pins are just too cute. The scarf with the secret pocket is simply gorgeous. You can tell that you put a great deal of thought in to personalizing the scarf especially for me. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!
I think birds are weird by nature, so the bird one is "naturally" weird, but I can at least understand the point of it...the Vanity Fair one...well, I've never thought of putting all those people on a Ferris wheel...I get the between-the-lines meaning of the illustration, I just don't see how someone came up with it in the first place!
Hi there. Glad you got and liked the Tea postcard! After making them, I almost didn't want to mail them! I made sure the post office hand-canceled them so the ribbon wouldn't jam in the machines they use.
The tea cup is fussy cut from 12x12 paper featuring tea cups. I later found some matching 3-D chipboard stickers, but haven't used them yet. :)
I have TONS of rubber stamps and acrylic stamp set; and about a dozen or so different tea-related stamps. "Tea Party" is one and the quote is a stamp I got in a swap a couple of years ago.

Thank you so much, I love the Moebius scarf you made! It's going with me next time I visit the museum. ☺
Thank you!
