Thank you so much for the Bunny Suicides card you sent me! It put a big smile on my face when I found it in my mailbox today. I'm glad I could help and look forward to future swaps with you!
Thanks for the wonderful note with my swap. It didn't make me sad. I'm so used to people not knowing what to say that they say nothing so your words made me feel understood and connected to the best of what being human has to offer...much health and happiness to you... I love the way you call me MZ Betsy! that made me smile!
OMG! - if I there had been something in my mouth when I saw the cruel calves pc you sent,
it would have ended up all over the driveway! :oD The neighbor girl got a big kick out of it too.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! It will be treasured as much as the other two cow cards you've sent, and will also be going to the birthday bash with me. ;o) If there's ever anything you want that I might have, just ask, and if I have it, it's yours! And I will be keeping my eye out for any "THE" Star Trek items for you. Back in 1973 my husband and I bought a house in Colorado, and
in a bedroom closet I found some ST manuals of different sorts - Klingon language, schematics for the Enterprise, etc. Wish I had kept them, but I didn't get bitten by the ST bug until a few years later when I was bored one day and checked out a rerun. My brother had watched it when it was running, but I was a busy teenager and never saw it. Again, thank you - your kindness won't be forgotten! :oP
Holy Cow! I almost fell over when I saw the cow card you sent - I LOVE IT, thank you so much, that was very sweet of you to surprise me like that! :oD And you're not just a great artist, but very witty too. ;o) The neighbor girl was here again today, and grabbed my mail on the way over. She was all excited, said "You got another cow postcard!
I come from a long line of farmers on both parent's side, and adore cows. These two sassy
girls are going right next to my Chick-Fil-A card, and when I go to my sister's birthday bash next month, I'm going to bring both cards along so my aunt and cousin can see them too. Yeah, we all love cows. ;o) I will treasure them both! :oP
If one is patient, the right person always comes along! I'm just glad it's now in the hands of someone who may actually do something with it other than just let it sit in a box. ;o)
I've added your flickr site to my favorites list, for when I want to indulge in some eye candy - YOUR ART IS FANTASTIC, and the "Elizabrisket" postcard you sent is my absolute favorite!
I'm trying really hard not to scare the raccoons, lol. ;oP I just threw some slightly overripe grapes out for them. They squabble a bit every night, but no knock-down, drag-outs since that first one. ;o)
